I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Jebbee, a Mission-Based social media platform for career development and mass mentoring, connecting students with professionals, companies and educational institutions to help them find their passion and find their path. 

Prior to Jebbee, I was CEO of Brazeway, a global manufacturing company headquartered in Adrian Michigan.  After a short stint in advertising in Chicago, I started my career at Brazeway in Sales and soon moved into Operations, eventually moving to Mexico where I started up Brazeway Mexico and ran that businesses as General Manager. I returned to the U.S. as Director of Business Development and held the position of V.P. of HR and Strategy before becoming President in 2000.  I spent the next 19 years as President and CEO.  

I have been a director on numerous boards, both public and private, in Manufacturing, Higher Ed and Finance, currently holding board positions at Brazeway, RKA Petroleum, and serving as the President of the S.L. Hickman Family Foundation.

I am a member of Young Presidents Organization, CEO, and Tiger 21, as well as additional business and charitable organizations. 

I am the mother of a talented daughter currently attending Hilton Head Prep high school, and attending SMU in the fall. 

Originally from Michigan, we currently reside in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
